The developer's own disclosure states that Trump Towers Hyderabad is not owned, developed or sold by Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization or any of their affiliates, and that Ira The Edge Developers LLP uses the Trump name under licence from DT Marks Hyderabad LLC.
Track record
Trump branded developments have been in India for twelve years, with projects in Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida and Kolkata. Hyderabad is the eighth announced Trump project in India and the first in South India. At launch, Tribeca and Ira Realty disclosed plans to invest about 2,000 crore rupees in the development, which they said could generate as much as 4,200 crore rupees in sales.
